Q. What is an InstalokT coupling?
A. The Instalok coupling, manufactured by METFLO®
is the first major breakthrough in compression couplings in over 40 years. The
InstalokT coupling installs 30% faster and costs 20% less than the
standard compression coupling. The unique clamping design offers unparalleled
strength and grip, which provides superior performance in both vacuum and
pneumatic conveyance and conveying applications.
PriceFitters.com also offers standard compression
couplings, or sometimes generically referred to as "morris couplings",
with both black or white gaskets, in sizes from 1.5" OD through 4" OD. All
compression couplers come with an industry compatible, precision die-cut gasket
that ensures a tight seal. Made of galvanized steel, offering superior
corrosion resistance. We use Grade 5 stress relieved bolts. Standard black or
white nitrile gaskets available.
Q. How fast can I get my order?
A. PriceFitters.com inventories a complete line of components to make
sure you get the right part when you need it. Most orders will ship within 24
hours and can be shipped via UPS Ground or UPS Overnight. Once your order is
placed on PriceFitters.com you will receive the tracking number so that you can
verify when your shipment will arrive. The only exception is the crated
160-feet of straight tube in 20-foot lengths.
Because UPS does not accept items of that length or weight, those items can
only be shipped via common carrier and are not available to customers shipping
to Alaska or Hawaii.
Q. What if my company is classified as tax exempt?
A. PriceFitters.com will code your account as "tax exempt" upon receipt
of the completed tax form from the state in which you operate. If your business
is located within the State of Ohio you can download the
Ohio Tax Form, complete the form and fax it to PriceFitters. For
businesses not residing in Ohio, complete the appropriate State form and fax it
to PriceFitters at 1-888-210-8693.

A. PriceFitters.com has a comprehensive return
policy. We want to make sure you have the right part for your pneuamtic
